Cross Beam, Saddle and Spindle Box
The cross beam is engineered with rectangular reinforced ribs dampening harmonics and vibration. This perfect design allows for heavy side load cutting, and interrupted cuts while achieving minimal deflection and stress. Heavy deep face milling, and helical interpolation is no problem at higher feed rates! Minimal deflection improving tool life, reducing chatter and creating superior finishes.
Our Engineers have designed the spindle box casting area to be 400x450mm² for maximum stiffness. We have an optional 550x550mm², 650x650mm² size when using our high torque rams. We have many options on torque and will customize the machine to fit your cutting application. We support the ram with RGH roller guide ways for High rigidity to the ram. The cross-sectional modules are rectangular with a proportion of 1:1.125 (400mm: 450mm) and reinforced by the interior ribbed frame. The high quality roller-rail RGH linear guideway lengths have a cover-rate 56~76% which supports the cutting feed, rigidity, and stability
